Just 10 minutes walk to the middle of Chiba or you can jump on the Sobu Line and get there in 2 minutes.
Seeking a responsible and trustworthy person for this very clean house (your room will be one in an apartment of three rooms) - it has been well looked after and recently redecorated. Long stay preferred but short stays may be available on request.
The rent is 40,000yen monthly.
