Roommate wanted for 2LDK in Nakanosakaue
* Located in Nakano-ku, between Nakanosakaue station(Marunouchi line/Oedo line) and Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome station(Oedo line)
* 10 min walk to both stations, 20 min walk to Shinjuku area
* 2LDK (60m2) with a balcony (living room/dining room/kitchen/ 2 bedrooms)
* East facing, very sunny
* Separate toilet/bathroom
* The available room is near the door, away from the other room and the communal spaces. So it gives you privacy.
* The apartment is fully furnished as the previous roommate can leave all the furniture including a double-size bed in the room. But we can make room for your furniture if you wish to bring your own.
* Utilities/internet fee can be split each month
* This is not a guesthouse, but an apartment. We do the cleaning or any house chores together. I'm a non-smoker, working from home these days. I can be flexible with changing things around in the house. I want someone who'd be willing to make this place comfortable for both of us. Guests are welcome given a prior notice! There's an extra mattress and a sofa bed.
